Marianna Rimes Seiler is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice in the areas of corporate transactions, entrepreneurial business and general business services.
Prior to joining the firm, Marianna served as a judicial intern for the Honorable United States District Judge Beth Bloom of the Southern District of Florida and clerked during school for Williams Gautier in Tallahassee.
Marianna received her law degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law, and upon graduating, she received the Business Law Certificate with Honors and the Pro Bono Service Certificate. While in law school, Marianna served as Notes and Comments editor of the Law Review, president of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, and activities director of the Women’s Law Symposium. She competed in the Law Meets Case Competition, and her team finished as National Finalists in the 2017 Startup Venture Capital competition in Palo Alto, Calif.
A fifth-generation Floridian and third-generation Fort Lauderdalian, Marianna enjoys giving back to the community. She currently serves on the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks, Recreation, and Beaches Advisory Board; is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Fort Lauderdale and the Broward County Bar Association; and is a prospective member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
